Bonus Commissions

Enjoy a 5% bonus commission on any valid rate booked at a participating Hawthorn Suites for a limited time.

Starting March 1st, travel agents can earn an extra 5% commission when booking select Hawthorn Suites hotels around the nation. Bonus commissions are valid on all standard commissionable rates, seven days a week, for travel agency reservations that are booked and consumed between March 1 and May 31, 2008. It's our way of saying thank you for supporting Hawthorn Suites!

To qualify, simply book a regular published commissionable rate for your guest stays at any of the hotels listed below during the promotional period. Reservations can be made through approved GDS provider, the hawthorn.com web site or by calling 1-800-527-1133. All reservations must include your designated IATA number to qualify.

• Bonus commission is in addition to the standard 10% commission rate and is valid on all standard commissionable rates.
• Bonus commission is valid at participating hotels only.
• All reservations must be booked and consumed between March 1 and May 31, 2008.
• All reservations must be accompanied by a valid IATA number in order to qualify for bonus commissions.
• Commissions are payable through Hawthorn Suites Central Commission Processing Agency (Perot Systems Travel Agency Commission Settlement Program).
• All pre-existing commission agreements that are tied to a negotiated commission level including affiliate marketing programs (Commission Junction), the FedRooms.com government travel program and all local hotel commission override agreements are exempt from the bonus commission program.
