Hawthorn Suites will pay a 10% commission to all IATA/ARC approved travel agents worldwide. Whether a reservation is booked through the GDS using the BH access code, the Hawthorn web site, or Hawthorn’s central reservation office, your agency will receive a consolidated monthly statement that details each reservation by hotel and one check with your commissions.

Most rates are commissionable with the exception of some non-commissionable rates including seasonal promotion, wholesale, negotiated and some group rates. Travel agency and crew rates are also non-commissionable. Commission payments on eligible rates are payable up to six months after departure date.
