- What is Hawthorn Suites reservation guarantee policy?
Hawthorn will never intentionally give your suite or room to another guest if you have a pre-paid reservation, have paid an advance deposit on your room, or have guaranteed your arrival with a credit card. Occasionally, rooms with guaranteed reservations are not available because another guest does not check out as scheduled or because of an unintentional error. If a suite or room is not available, we will make every effort to find accommodations for you at nearby Hawthorn, or a comparable hotel. Hawthorn will pay the full cost for the first night's lodging, reimburse your transportation to the alternate location and pay the cost of a telephone call to notify your home or office of your change in accommodations. - What are your arrival deadlines?
Arrival hold deadlines are between 4PM and 6PM* local time unless you are otherwise notified when you make your reservations. If you will be arriving later than the arrival hold time, you may be asked to guarantee your suite or room reservation with a major credit card.
*Time varies depending on location - When I booked my room, I was asked for a deposit. Why?
