“Staff gets this Hotel an A rating.”; Nov 27, 2012 Werner P, Colorado Springs; Stayed over Thanksgiving holiday. As title suggests, the staff were very courteous, responsive to requests (we asked for a couple extra pillows) and very pleasant from Front Desk to Housekeeping to Maintenance (saw them around the property). Nice breakfast buffet, nice and clean room and bath, well kept building. A medium size exercise room with TV, no weight machines, only cardio but good machines. The location was a little offputting being on a corner with divided highway, though once you're familiar not too bad. Lots of amenities close by. Thought the pool was a little small and exposed, but clean. Am I too spoiled by HD that I missed it in this Hotel? Little bit but had HBO and on screen guide, always a plus. Overall a relaxing stay - would stay again. Thank you.
