“Great until oops!”

One of the friendliest staffs we have seen. When we scheduled the shuttle for 1 pm they immediately asked us if we wanted a late check-out. Breakfast buffet was good. The only problem we had was on our return to the airport, the number given for the shuttle said "No longer in service" when we called. We called information and were given two more numbers which said the same thing. We caught Super Shuttle back to hotel and were told that cell phone calls were not getting through but that land lines were good. But without hesitation they asked for my receipt and paid it. If it hadn't been so late at night (10 pm), it might not have been quite so frustrating. It did cost about an hour of time. I think when they realized the problem, they should have left messages either at the airport or on our cell phone to let customers know. But the problem was resolved. The rooms are large and comfy. I will stay again.
