“Not the cleanest”; Jan 06, 2013 A Tripadvisor Member, El Dorado Hills; I wouldn't reccommend this hotel because it wasn't the cleanest. I stayed there on business Mon-Fri and each time I had a different room. Every bathroom I walked in smelled of urine & the shower drain stoppers were all broke. Not a couple but each one. The wallpaper in some of the rooms needed to be replaced. On two occasions I had to ask for more creamer in the room. It was myself and fiance staying there and they only left two creamer packets for us both. A hot breakfast is provided every morning which is great! However, it started at 7am but 4 times out of 20 they didn't have all the items there, ketchup & hot sauce wasn't out, or we had to ask them to unlock the fridge where they stored the yogurt. When checking out, I was asked only once how my stay was out of the 4 Fridays that I left. The beds & pillows were very uncomfortable on the ground level rooms. We stayed one time on the 3rd floor & the bed & pillows were comfortable. Newer ones? Check in staff were pleasant and check out. I just think that it should be a standard question to ask, "How was your stay?".
