“I was totally disatified”

The young lady who checked me in was great after that everything went down hill. I checked in for 5 nights on Sunday evening. On Monday I was locked out of my room. I had a full day went to room with my arms totally full, only to find myself locked out. I had to put all my items back in the car and walk up to regestration. I was given the poor excuse you only asked for one night, this was just an excuse when my paper work said for the 5 nights. Next the schedule said full cleaning on Monday, when I got back to my room the same stuff that was on the floor was still there till Tuesday, the soap was not replaced for 2 more days. My next concern was I gave the clerk a copy of my tax exempt form. The young lady being rude and very un-infomed tried to tell me my form was expired. The forms do not expire. I could sense the racism but would not dignify it. She needs to understand a spending customer deserves good customer courtesy no matter the color of their skin. My final concern was I asked this young lady to speak to the manager but she could not tell me a good time to reach him, I finally left a message but never got the courtesy of a concern about my concern. I blame Hawthorn for poor management, and the lack of putting trained employees in place to represent their best intrest. They just need to look around, there are several other choices in the the block. That kind of treatment is unacceptable. I will not put up with 19th century racism form a chid younger than my youngest grown child.
