“Cold Shower weekend”

My room was pretty clean with exception to the wood furniture in serious need of dusting. I could've almost overlooked that until I had no hot water. Friday night I just crashed because of a long day of travel. Saturday morning, midway through my shower, the water turned cold. I did not have time to call the front desk because I was rushing to a training seminar. I returned back to the room at 11pm on Saturday and again fell asleep not thinking of the water temperature. Sunday morning, however, my water was ice cold, so I called the front desk to complain and was told that they would not have anyone on-site until 9am. Seeing as how I needed to check out by 8:30 am because I was returning to training and then going directly to the airport, that really did me no good. I would like my next stay to be comped because I pre-paid my room in advance of my stay, trusting that there would not be such an issue because of this being a Wyndham owned property. This was a disservice.
