“Did not get room we reserved. Terrible accomodations and service. Won't be back.”

Our reservation was completely messes up. I reserved a suite with 2 queen beds and a pulll out coach in the living area. When arrived late that night, after we were given our room number and taken our bags to our room, we discovered we had 1 king and a pull out which was not adequate for the number of guest we had, and NOT what I had reserved. The attendant told me they had overbooked. I requested an additional room without charge and he said he could not do this. He offered us a rollaway bed and $20.00 off our bil. To top it off, there were no sheets for the pull out, and only 2 towels for our 4 guests. I think it is very bad business to reserve a room for a paying guest and then tell them you overbooked and have inadequate accomodations for them. It is unacceptable and we will not be using your facility in the future if this is how you conduct business.
