We stayed at this property for just one night, but that was more than enough. We definitely would have moved hotels if faced with spending another night here. The hotel looks like they spent a lot of time and money on decorating it to be very stylish, but the problem is it's completely dirty. For example, there are four chairs in the center of the lobby, each with a bolster pillow. All four of the pillows were shown ripped seam-side-up. Even if you can't resew the pillows very easily, is it that hard to turn the damaged part to the back so it's not the first thing guests see?The hallway has scuff marks all over the walls, the breakfast area had food covering the floor and it reeks of cigarettes by the front door. Now on to the room. Ewwww. Again, it looks good and stylish, until you examine it a little closer or step barefoot onto the crunchy carpet. (So completely gross.) We found used Q-tips, bobby pins and other random pieces of trash all over the floor. The bathroom had one big area of dry rot where the wall is basically falling apart. Obviously this didn't just happen overnight, so why it still hasn't been fixed is perplexing. When we went to get the sheets and pillow for the pull-out couch, they were so covered in faint but entirely noticeable yellow stains that we decided to just put both kids in one of the queen beds instead of having them touch whatever disgusting things were still on the sheets. The worst thing about this hotel is that it doesn't take that much to just clean it and not let things slide. I imagine it's the fault of the management because there's no way a hotel would get this gross unless there was absolutely no dedication or oversight going on. Do not recommend.
