- The professionalism and customer service provided by Lola Taylor and her staff were exceptional. Although our stay was brief, it didn't take long to realize that we made the best choice for our accommodations. We travel to the area often, and usually stay in VIP Quarters at the Naval Base. We will definitely make Hawthorn Suites our primary choice for accommodations in the future. Ms.Taylor represents your facility in an excellent manner, and should be considered for positions of increased responsibility.Thank you for a wonderful stay,Colonel (ret.) Arnold Goodson
