Dear Guest, This is certainly not our standard for service and I want you to know that had this been reported at the time you noticed the problems, I would have been on this immediately. I would have welcomed meeting you personally as to better communicate a resolution for this inconvenience. You stated that you travel once a month to El Paso; if possible I would appreciate another opportunity to better serve you. Again, my sincere apologies. « hide

I am very sorry that your stay was not a plesant one. The Hawthorn has several room types and you apparently were in one of our smaller rooms. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about the size of the room but we certainly can try to make more space available with the furnishings. Your other concerns have been addressed and again, we look forward to better serving you in the the future. « hide

I am very sorry to hear of your situation and thank you for your comments. The Front Desk Associate is the Manager on Duty in the evenings and should higher management need to be called, I am available 24 x 7 unless out of town, then another manager will be contacted. Our Associates at the FD do not need a Manager's permission to take care of a guests concerns and will certainly contact the approperiate person to follow through. Gear Guest, Thank you for your comments. You are right, that was not an approperiate response about the hair dryer. I continue to coach the staff with "it's not what you say, it's how you say it, that makes the difference", please accept my apologies. Some of our rooms are smaller than others and the furniture that was ordered is the same for all rooms, making it a appear crowded. All in-room equipment and amenities should be in good and working order, front desk would have taken you another Iron upon request. Again, my apologies. i would appreciate another opportunity to better serve you. « hide
