“Customer Service”; Jan 21, 2013 Sandy K, Georgetown; The customer service is exceptional and the hotel offers so much more than just a room to stay in. They offer meals three nights a week and have a way of making our stay fun. I only wish they had two work out rooms becuase sometimes it's hard to get on a treadmill with only two in the facility. Terry, at the front desk is always so friendly and caring. He is a great asset to the Hawthorn Hotel. Thank you!!!!!!
