“Terrible/Bad and then Worse”

If you book one of these rooms at this place and you are going to stay for a while expect that they do not value your patronage. I spent 17 days here and will never stay at this place again and advice people to stay elsewhere. Three rooms changes, poor cleaning and a lack of total knowledge of the front desk staff. No problems could be resolved. Forced to change rooms even though they were not clean as they did not care I had to get up in a few hours for the night shift. Total lack of careing to wait four hours to make this happen but insisted even though the rooms they wanted to give still needed to be cleaned. First room had a bad shower and had been rigged with paper and had a broken head but when asked for it to be fixed they just stuck it back in place. Toilet had urine stains around the caulking along with pubic hair. The first time you turn on the water it slide down the rail and fell off again. 2nd room they put me in was a lot larger and was ok except for the urine stains around this toiler and dried urine in the broken retaining bolts for the seat. The door had stains of what I will call coke and when the room was serviced this was the same as when I checked when I got back in the morning. Made a further reservation for my last three days and talked to two different people who said all was good but the 3rd moron woke me up at 10am and forced me to move as the room they put me in was not what I paided for when I booked. I did not choose the room when I got each room but rather they made that choice. I could go on and on with what is wrong with the place but overall some fresh paint, new furniture and new TVs dont cover up what this hotel really is. Take your money and stay somewhere that will appreciate that you spent your money there. I travel 300 days a year and have all the other rewards hilton, hyatt and marriot but will for sure never stay in this kind of place again.
