“poor service”

I normally stay at this motel around the 4th of July time frame. The entire time we were there we could not get any towels, extra blankets and no coffee at all. We were continually told we are short on towels, and short on blankets. and told everyday that the truck has not come yet and that is why we could not get regular coffee. They did have decaf. Had to get our keys activated many times. Continuous hanging out late at night in the courtyard and loud. People in the pool late. Basketball playing late at night and at 0600 in the morning. I talked to the front desk but it just seemed like it was not a big concern. The night time gentleman told us when he gets to work there is always a note about no towels. he searched and searched for coffee for us. When we checked out the girl apologized. and that was it. then another customer was checking out and stated complaining about the room above her was playing basketball in the room and did not stop even after they were told too. The coffee maker was dirty when we arrived. the room itself needed a better cleaning. no sheets on the bed. we had to get those from office. And they acted like it was a chore. I was told there would be a oven but there was not a oven I had the worst sleep in the bed. I was way too soft. Like it was time to get a new mattress. I am not sure that I will stay here again.
