“One month Stay”; Nov 07, 2012 Nicole H, East Syracuse; The staff was nice and helpful when needed. I stayed in one room for about 3 weeks, and this room was almost perfect! I checkout for a couple of days, and when I checked back in, I was given a different room for my last week. This room had a very strong mildew smell that lasted the entire 4th week of my stay. Other than the terrible odor, the room was fine. Lastly, the dryers did not always work efficiently... I came down to collect damp clothes on more than one occasion despite double checking all of the dryer settings.
