“frustrated”

Wow where do I start. I stay in your properties at least 30 times per year and once in a while I use (try to use) points I have earned. This particular time I desperately needed to use them to secure a room for my son and family but at check in was refused. This after spending hours yes hours on hold and being cut off from the rewards center twice. (check your call logs) I am wondering if they were recorded I hope so. Bottom line I had to pay cash for one room and didnt recieve any points for the room we paid for we didnt get into the room until 5pm, this is tough for toddlers. I am back in two weeks and probably will not use wyndom we just are afraid of the entire experience and cant take the chance again, sorry. I think it only fair to let you know that if the right hand WYNDOM REWARDS CENTER does not talk to the left hand HAWTHORN SUITES no good will come of the experience. Lastly I want to let you know that Chris at the front desk was very good I feel bad that I was upset with the rewards center but poor old Chris took the brunt of a frustrated customer for that I am sorry. Bottom line my confidence is severly shaken and Choice Hotels my be the direction I will go from now on, but I will miss you guys I have been a LOYAL customer for years. I also had my folks in law stay in teh same hotel as well. The rooms were clean but needed updated in my estimation but that is what you pay for so I am OK with that. Location was great, that is how I made my choice where to stay. Best was morning breakfast, worst rewards experience. Also one Item that was disapointing was that we are Creightom Bluejay fans a local team in teh NCAA tournament that was then in the midst of whinning their conference tournament, your TV service was so short of channels that we couldent even see the team play had to listen on radio.
