“Communication”

It is very important to have your staff communicate about the $100 deposit fee and the 7-14 day hold. I was not told at all nor did I sign to anything with that information. Yes, I do EXPECT a deposit fee but the tid bits that go along with it like the amount and time of hold release is valuable information.I don't mean to be rude for not remembering her name, I believe she said Julie, but she is a Caucasian woman with dark hair, and was very helpful. She transferred me to a new room when mine didn't have internet. She was respectful and gave me attention although I could see there was a lot going on that day. She stayed professional. Great job.Room 122 needs to have the lights repairs and the upstairs toilet flusher fixed. Did not expect to not have an iron already in the closet or accessible in the room.
