- Why do hotels put the heater next to the windows. Got really cold outside the last night we where there, heat would stay on and get real hot then blow cold air from window. Comforter and sheet did not fit the bed. Did not sleep well until morning when housekeeping knocked on door even though we had the sign on the door waking us up. Housekeeping did not clean room very well. For the price I figured the room wouldn't be great but thought at least I would be able to sleep. Toilet was up under counter, could not lean back and lid would not stay up. Breakfast was decent.
