“Smokey non-smoking room”

- Staff was very welcoming, location was handy, room layout was fine with ample space to work at my computer, Wi-fi was included, plus large jetted tub. Only little things to complain about which all together became a disappointment.1. The window did not seal shut on a very cold, windy winter night, so the room was cold and the heater clicked on all night. I mentioned this at check out and was told it would be looked into.2. The room was non-smoking, but fresh cigarette smoke came in from either an adjoining room or bathroom vent system. I tried to seal out the smoke with a damp towel.3. The mattress really transferred movement so every turn by my spouse or I would jostle the other.4. No working ice machine on my floor.Like I said -- little things, but all together the little things kind of added up.
