“Less expensive than some -But, for a reason.”

- Overall this was an average hotel trying to reduce costs. needed: full sheets and covers on beds ( our bed was always short sheeted and had to use the extra blanket to tuck in the bottom of the sheets); improved pillows (used flat and worn foam pillows); improved housekeeping-- housekeepers did not sweep floors esp by elevator). Hot tub was so hot could not use.Compared to other hotels with the same chain, Hawthorne Suites did not appear to be a great value.
