“Highly recommended!”; Dec 02, 2012 Nancy W, Carroll; We were in the Iowa City area to attend several U of I events. We were able to stay at the Hawthorn Suites using free points and it was a great choice. The room was spacious, very clean, the bed extremely comfortable and the kitchenette was stocked perfectly. The free breakfast in the morning was great. Many, many food choices and there were lots of tables to sit at.
