I'm sorry there seem to have been so many problems with your recent stay and thank you for taking the time to post this review and let us know about them. As someone that enjoys a firmer a pillow myself, I understand when guests have a preference for a bit more support from their pillow and mattress. For most guests, however, our Sealy Pillowtop mattresses are something of a luxury. I'm glad to see you enjoyed our breakfast and I hope you'll consider us the next time you travel to the area. « hide

Thank you for taking the time to review your recent stay. Your point about the conference center entrance is well taken and is something we have considered, but most receptions only use the back lobby space for short periods prior to the start of the actual reception and then only sporadically thereafter. I realize it is awkward to walk into the hotel and feel like you're intruding on someone else's party and I apologize for that. « hide

Thank you for taking the time to review our facility. I am sorry you did not seem to enjoy your stay with us. The design/lay out of any hotel room requires certain compromises depending on the nature of the hotel's business, the size of the space, building codes and the style of architecture at the time of construction. The mounting of our room's televisions, for instance, is one compromise: our flat screen tvs swivel so that they square up to the beds or the couch or they can be positioned so that both areas can view them at an angle. For a room with a large family, we concede that this can be less than ideal, but there isn't anywhere else that we can mount the televisions to provide this kind of flexibility of their isn't anywhere else that a second TV can be mounted. Another example, the bathroom is smaller and the vanity/sink are located outside to maximize the room's open space.Again, I apologize if your stay was less than satisfactory and thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your stay. « hide

I appreciate you taking the time to write about your stay. I am glad to hear that you were satisfied by recent stay. I do apologize for the noise, as you say, when we are sold out, particularly when the crowd is somewhat boisterous, the noise can be a little excessive. We've experimented with sound proofing but the best solution seems to be just trying to keep the noise level down. To that end we usually patrol the hallways and take other steps to encourage guests to confine themselves to their rooms, it sounds as though we were asleep at the wheel on this particular night and I apologize for that. « hide

I am terribly sorry about the noise and disturbances that effected your rest during your stay. We obviously failed in our responsibility to enforce our own rules and regulations and to maintain order in the hotel. We take the comfort of guests very seriously and this was a tremendous breach in our commitment to provide such service.
