“We booked 2 connecting rooms as part of a group at the last...”; Feb 05, 2013 Marita W, West Des Moines; We booked 2 connecting rooms as part of a group at the last minute They honored the group rate and made our request of connecting rooms happen....which wspas very important because we had an infant along. All staff was very friendly. And the hot breakfast was great, as well as the hours they had. Great place for family....spacious room, frig & microwave were invaluable!

Thank you for your response. When guests request connecting rooms, we aren't always able to accomodate, sometimes we simply don't have the rooms availible. When we have to tell people that we can't 'guarantee' such requests, I wish I could show them comments like this to reassure them that the staff here does everything within our powers to make their requests a reality.
