“Roach infested with rude staff.”

- I checked out early because there were roaches in the room and when one was in my bed with me, that was my limit. The staff made a joke when informded of my codition, the 1800 service center representative hung up in my face bacuse she did not want to hear my complaint, and I really had to complain to just get any type of satisfaction. I will never stay there again nor do I recommend this hotel. I was affraid for my child getting sick from some roach disease and I had to check all luggage to prevent taking roaches home. Plus my reservation were changed without informing me.
