“I was expecting a new hotel”

Arrived after 9 pm, lots of traffic most of the trip there, so I wasn't the happiest when I got there. Was even less happy when I couldnt get to the check in desk. We got our luggage out of the car and went to the doors. The doors to the lobby were locked with no sign telling us what to do so we took our luggage to the front door. Same thing. Went back to the car and saw a pizza guy talking on the phone. So back in we go. Nobody answere the phone. Somebody finally left us in to get to the reception desk, not a hotel employee. No receptionist. Sign said they would be back, but that sign was there whether or not an employee was at the desk during our stay. Somebody finally showed up and checked us in. No mention of breakfast, where the room was, where the elevator was or that snacks could be purchased in the little store. Got to our room, it was ok but the email I received said this was a new hotel so I was expecting more updated features. Instead we got old tv's, an old refirgerator, old cabinets, walls patched but the patches or walls were not newly painted so you could see every area that was patched.The sofa bed mattress cover had a yellow stain and the floor was wet near the air conditioning unit. On lower floors you can hear the people above you walking around. You can also easily hear people in the parking lot. The internet service was slow and stopped working during our movie.
