“bad experience”

we have stayed at this hotel before and had no problems what so ever but this trip was a bad experience. We made our reservations on-line about two weeks before we our arrival date,we reserved a two bedroom suite at poolside and asked for ground level well when we got there to check in they did not have our ground level room at poolside the front desk clerk said "we are sorry but we only have an upstairs room". I told her well that really is awful cause we have a set of 4 year old twins and my wife is pregnant don't you know that is really going to be hard on a pregnant woman and we are going to be her for three nights so in turn the front in clerk said well maybe we will have a downstairs room available the next day well guess what that didn't happen so then they said well we may have one available the following day( which was Wednesday) well I told them what good would that be if we are checking out on Thursday. I just don't understand you make your reservation two weeks or so in advance and they ok it but when you get there they don't have what you requested now don't get me wrong we will be traveling again to that city and we will probably stay there again but I hope this time we get what we request on our reservation. I just felt bad for my wife cause she had to walk up and down those stairs and my four year olds could not play out on the balcony cause we were afraid they might fall. Even though they gave us a credit on our room since it was not poolside was ok but that still don't take away the berden my wife went through. Hope next time things will be better.Unsatisfied CustomerRudy0
