“First time”

This is the first time we have stayed at a Hawthorn. The service was good, rooms spacious, like the small kitchens. Construction was only a minor disruption. Van driver was especially courteous and helpful. Only serious complaint was the Direct TV system. There were no instructions, we could not find ESPN and the front desk told us you don't carry it. They told us that we would have to wait for an engineer to teach us how to work it. If indeed that is not improved we would not stay at your hotel again. Your park and fly rate with up to two weeks parking and good van service (though we have not yet returned so don't know how long a pick up wait will be) is a very good deal.
