“Reasonable Price for the accomadations.”

I booked this hotel thru It's site. No third party booking. At check in I was turned away because I was traveling with a service animal. That right there had me very upset. I was told by the women at the front desk to produce some sort of documentation. I told them that I didn't have to show them any documentation, and that they need to know what the laws are pertain to ADA Laws. ( American disability Act ). I was told that they had to call manger first and then give me a call. I asked for the mangers email address, and then we left.We had to book another hotel for that night. After emailing their manger a copy of the Laws, and informing them that they could be in trouble for denying me and my service animal a place to stay. I received a call from one of the women at the front desk, saying that my rooms was ready to check in. This was at 6pm that evening. I explained to them that It was hot and getting late and that I had checked into another hotel. They said I could check in the next day. So I did and stayed 2 days and then checked out. The suite was big with 2 full bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. the space was nice. Furniture could have been updated along with the 10 year old tvs.
