Thank you for your comments. I wanted to address a few of the issues you had during your stay. Firstly, I apologize that police/fire truck sirens woke you up out of your sleep. Secondly, in regards to the check in I wanted to let you know that due to the fact that on your day of check in we switched operating systems we actually could not check you in earlier than the 3pm guaranteed check in time. There was no way that we could because part of our system was down during the time that you arrived. Not only did we not have a clean room, we barely had a completely up and running system. I apologize that this was an inconvenience to you and your husband not being able to check in before our check in time. Thank you for your comments about our breakfast. « hide

I wanted to thank you for your feedback. I apologize that you found the internet to be slow. We haven't had that complaint since we upgraded to a faster speed a few months ago. We will definitely take a look at it. In regards to the TV losing signal, we did check and everything seems to be working fine but thank you for bringing that to our attention. Also, thank you for your comments about the staff, it is our hope that we can make your next stay with us better than the first. « hide

It is standard practice at all hotels to get credit and debit card authorizations at check-in for the entire stay, even if a guest wishes to pay cash at checkout time. That is exactly what we did when you checked in. Despite your insults directed at our staff, we were very polite and professional with you on both occasions when you called our hotel. If you read other reviews of our hotel, you will notice that we have a very friendly, polite and professional staff. We explained to you that every bank has a different policy of the number of days they hold credit card authorizations for. We also emailed you the receipt twice, showing the transactions in detail, after we had confirmed your email address. Hopefully, your bank has told you as to how many days it will take them to release the unused credit card authorization amount. -Sandip Jariwala, Owner « hide

I wanted to take this time to assure you that starting in November we are replacing all our beds, linen and pillows to make our guests more comfortable. I apologize that the coffee wasn't refilled at the end of breakfast at your request. I will let our kitchen staff know to keep a fresh pot of coffee out for all of our guests during breakfast hours and beyond. We hope to see you again. « hide

Thank you for your feedback. I just wanted to take the time to let you know about some of the things you commented on in your review. We have 50 rooms and only 4 maids a day so unfortunately some of the rooms are serviced rather late in the day. We are working on cleaning up the breakfast area faster in the morning, we only have one person both cooking the food and cleaning the tables at the same time but we are dilligently working on making the process a little more smooth. Unfortunately the elevator went down for about 10 minutes during your stay. The incident was random and the first time it happened to us but we had the elevator serviced by a technician shortly after and I can assure you everything is working fine now. Please choose to stay with us again. « hide
