Advanced Purchase Rate is available at participating hotels. Stay must be booked 7 days in advance. Full payment required in advance. Customer*apos;s credit card will be charged at time of booking for the room charge and all applicable taxes. Reservations may not be cancelled or modified (i.e. changing arrival date or duration of stay). In the event of cancellation or modification, guest will forfeit total room charge plus taxes for the entire reservation. Once reservation is confirmed, no refunds or credits will be given. Room and rate are not guaranteed until credit card has been charged. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation without notice in the event of fraud or any other activities connected with the reservation, which are unlawful. Room rates do not include additional charges that may be imposed at the hotel, such as telephone, in-room movies, extra person charges, and other optional incidentals. Rates are based on single/double occupancy. The rate displayed does not include local taxes for hotels in the U.S. and most other countries. Availability of the Advanced Purchase Rate is limited and additional restrictions and blackout dates may apply. Offer not applicable to groups and cannot be combined with other special offers or promotions. Advanced Purchase Rate is non-commissionable. Void where prohibited by law.
